THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
The educational process at Priazovskyi State Technical University is based on the principles of the Bologna Process, the European Credit Transfer System, with the application of key ECTS documents, and using modular technologies.
Three-level education system:
- Bachelor’s degree – 3-4 years of study, focused on fundamental knowledge and general professional skills – – 6th level of NQF.
- Master ‘s degree – 1-2 years after the bachelor’s degree, in-depth study with the possibility of specialisation -7th level of NQF.
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) – research work that takes several years – 8th level of NQF.

EDUCATION QUALITY ASSURANCE STRATEGY
The purpose of the development and functioning of the State Higher Educational Institution ‘Priazovskii State Technical University’ is: to guarantee the quality of education; to build the trust of students, employers, society to the university education system; continuous and consistent improvement of the quality of education; creation and implementation of the necessary conditions for the quality training of highly qualified specialists of the appropriate level and speciality, competitive in the labour market, competent, responsible, fluent in their language.
In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Higher Education’, the system of ensuring the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education by higher education institutions provides for the following procedures and measures
- determination of the principles and procedures for ensuring the quality of higher education;
- monitoring and periodic review of educational programmes;
- annual evaluation of higher education students, research and teaching staff of the State Higher Educational Institution ‘Priazovskyi State Technical University’ and regular publication of the results of such evaluation on the official website of the university, on information stands and in any other way;
- providing advanced training for pedagogical, scientific and research staff; ensuring the availability of necessary resources for the organisation of the educational process, including independent work of students, for each educational programme;

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
The organisational structure of the internal quality assurance system at the State Higher Educational Institution ‘Priazovskyi State Technical University’ consists of five levels, each of which has its own functions.
ANADEMIC INTEGRITY
Academic integrity is a set of ethical principles and legal norms of behaviour of participants in the scientific and educational process (during study, teaching and research) to ensure quality education and obtaining significant scientific results by approving at the State Higher Educational Institution ‘Priazovskyi State Technical University’ value approaches and guidelines for the formation of an independent and responsible personality capable of learning, teaching and conducting research activities guided by the principles of honesty andintegrity.
Academic integrity is a fundamental component of the effective functioning of the State Higher Educational Institution ‘Priazovskyi State Technical University’, which guarantees that the process of education and research is carried out honestly, transparently and in compliance with ethical standards.

In 2009-2011, the State Technical University “PSTU” successfully passed the international certification of the quality management system:
